FIELD: measuring technology.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to measuring technology, namely to angular displacement metres, and can be used for measuring angular displacement by a contactless method. Substance of the method of measuring implies that angular displacement of a mobile object is transformed into variation of mutual overlapping of transmission spectra of the optical system elements when illuminated with a light source, while variation of the overlapping of transmission spectra is transformed by a photodetector into respective variation of an electric signal. Thus the optical system comprises series rigid transmission and mobile reflecting narrow-band filters, the latter of which is rigidly connected to the mobile object. The optical signal passed through the transmission and reflecting filters is recorded by a photodetector. An angular displacement metre contains a light source, the rigid transmission and mobile reflecting narrow-band filters, and a recorder consisting of two photodetectors connected with amplifiers of the photodetector signals. Besides the recorder comprises differential and summing amplifiers with their inputs connected to outputs of the amplifiers of the photodetector signals. Herewith, a reference voltage is applied to a tracking input of the summing amplifier, while an output of the summing amplifier is connected to a light source. An output of the differential amplifier is an output of the metre.
EFFECT: reduced sensitivity of measurement result of angular displacement of a mobile object to contamination and degradation of characteristics of optical elements.
