FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: method involves taking caliper measurements, administering hypocaloric diet, correcting excessive fat deposit in zones by applying reflexogenic therapy. Treatment begins with setting needles into biologically active points V 47(2). The needles are introduced and rotated during 1 min and then withdrawn. Then needles are introduced into biologically active points GI 14(2) in puncturing movement and rotated during 3 min. Next to it, excessive fat deposit zones of interest are corrected. Acupuncture treatment is applied on both sides. Long needle is introduced in to a point as far as the whole needle length permits in parallel to skin surface at 1-2 cm depth. Several puncture movements are applied without withdrawing the needle by moving the needle end in fan-like manner and treating in this way the subcutaneous layer of fat cells. Needles are introduced into each excessive fat deposit zone at known points. The correction treatment is 3 sessions long.
EFFECT: reduced risk of cosmetic defects production in excessive fat deposit zones.
