FIELD: brick making.
SUBSTANCE: proposed set contains system for preparation of compound to be applied to clay bar including mixing reservoir, accumulating reservoir and application mechanism interconnected by compound delivery lines. Application mechanism consists of shafts arranged at sides of clay bar and mounted for free rotation. Said shaft units consists of feed, contact and metering shafts the latter is arranged between feed and contact shafts for contact with each said shaft. Compound feed line is made at outlet in form of dividing manifold whose arms are arranged over shaft units and are equipped with nozzles open to surface of feed shafts. Drive of each unit of shafts is made in form of flexible member passed over axles of shafts for interaction and enclosing axle of one of drive rollers installed under bar in contact with surface from lower side of bar.
EFFECT: provision of uniform application of moisture-repellent coating onto sides of clay bar corresponding to stretcher and header sides of brick, reduced consumption of material.
