FIELD: storage facilities.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to means of protection of vehicle from adverse effect of ambient medium. According to proposed method, special parking site for crawler vehicle is prepared, lower part of hood is placed on site, vehicle is placed on site and silica gel is charged into vehicle, upper part of hood is pulled over vehicle, and lower part of body is sealed and edges of upper and lower parts of hood are connected into tight lock. Edges of upper and lower parts of hood placed with their inner sides to each other are fitted into longitudinal cut of corrugated polyethylene hose and are secured by sealer.
EFFECT: improved reliability and simplified method of sealing of crawler vehicles with possibility partial unsealing at any required moment.
