FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to production of construction materials. The binder contains an aluminosilicate component - field I flue ash obtained from burning Kansk-Achinsk brown coal at TPP-7 Bratsk, Irkutsk region and an alkaline component - liquid glass made from large-tonnage wastes from production of ferrosilicium at the Bratsk Ferroalloy Plant - microsilica, containing 4-6 wt % β-carborundum and 7-9 wt % graphite, with silica modulus n=1 and density 1.34-1.39 g/cm3, and additionally contains a complex additive consisting of a binder setting retarder - wastes from the Bratsk Timber Processing Complex - sulphate black liquor (SBL) and a binder solidification intensifier - M400D20 portland cement from the Angarsk Cement Plant, with the following ratio of components in wt %: said liquid glass 35.7-37.8; said flue ash 55.4-57.3; said SBL (in terms of dry substance) 1.5-1.7; said portland cement 4.9-5.1.
EFFECT: improved strength properties of the binder while simultaneously maintaining the required setting time.
