FIELD: manufacture of building materials.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to composition of binder and can be used in industrial and civil construction for producing building mortars and concretes. Binder containing aluminosilicate component (52.6-55.4%), in particular fly ash obtained upon combustion of Kansk-Achinsk brown coal on heat-and-power station (Bratsk, Irkutsk region), and alkali component (39.3-42.1), in particular carbon-containing liquid glass made from large-scale microsilica waste from production of crystalline silicon at Bratsk aluminum plant containing up to 6-7% fine carbon admixtures of graphite and carborundum (SiC) with silica modulus 1, is characterized by that above-defined liquid glass has density 1,27-1,38 g/cm3 and by further including 5.2-5.5% of hardening intensifier, namely Portland cement category 400 from Timluisk plant.
EFFECT: improved quality of binder hardening under normal conditions.
