SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the sustained-release composition representing compound (I) comprising compound of the formula (A):
and polymer comprising lactide links, glycolide links and tartaric acid links that are represented in polymer in the following ratio: lactide links comprise from about 71% to about 73%; glycolide links - from about 26% to about 28%; tartaric acid links - from about 1% to about 3%. Amino-groups in compound (A) are bound by ionic bind with carboxyl groups of acid links of polymer. Invention relates also to macroparticles of compound (I) that have an average size from about 10 mc to about 100 mc and to a sustained-release pharmaceutical composition, and two methods for treatment of different diseases involving administration in patient effective dose of compound (A) or microparticles.
EFFECT: valuable medicinal and pharmaceutical properties of composition.
