SUBSTANCE: invention relates to complex polyester comprising one or more free carboxylic groups and characterizing by the ratio of carboxyl and hydroxyl group above 1. This complex polyester represents copolymer of ε-caprolactone and glycolide taken in their ratio = (90-99):(1-10), respectively, that is prepared in the presence of citric acid as an initiating agent. Also, invention relates to variant of complex polyester and variants of composition containing complex polyester. Invention provides preparing compositions wherein biocompatible, biodegradable complex polyester is joined chemically with oligopeptides, polypeptides, peptides and/or proteins in the form of homogenous ionic product. Except for, compositions can be optimized easily for conferring functional properties for the large charge of therapeutically active polypeptide.
