FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to the field of chemical-pharmaceutical industry, namely to the emulsion to microencapsulation comprising an outer continuous phase of the first liquid and inner dispersed phase of the second liquid, which is at least partially immiscible with the first liquid; wherein the emulsion further comprises: (a) a polylactide-polyethylene glycol copolymer as a biodegradable surfantant block copolymer, (b) a polylactide-glycolide copolymer (50:50) as a biodegradable encapsulating polymer, (c) goserelin acetate as a biologically active agent wherein the surfactant block copolymer is at least partially soluble in water and mixed with the other components of the emulsion as an aqueous solution, as well as to the microparticle obtained from the said emulsion to release goserelin acetate.
EFFECT: group of inventions provides an improved encapsulation efficiency.
