FIELD: pyrolysis equipment for wood and wood wastes, as well as for other kinds of raw materials containing organic substances.
SUBSTANCE: apparatus has combustion chamber communicated with pyrolysis chamber comprising cylindrical retorts. Gas flow guiding members arranged in pyrolysis chamber between dome and hearth are made in the form of vertical columns having concave cylindrical surfaces facing outer cylindrical surfaces of retorts and arranged in equally spaced relation with respect to surfaces of retorts.
EFFECT: uniform heating of retorts and, accordingly, increased efficiency of apparatus owing to intensified operation.
