FIELD: chemical, petroleum chemical, coke industry, heat engineering and other related branches of industry, in particular, processing of carbonaceous raw material for producing of power and process gasses.

SUBSTANCE: gasifier has vertical chamber, burner adapted for introducing of carbonaceous raw material and oxygen-containing gas and arranged in upper part of chamber, branch pipes adapted for discharge of gas and slag and arranged in lower part of chamber, nozzles adapted for directing of water onto chamber wall and arranged tangentially on chamber circle. Gasifier is further equipped with oxidation, conversion and crystallization chambers and slag discharge chamber, said chambers being arranged in succession. Apparatus for introducing of carbonaceous raw material and oxygen-containing gas through burner with helical heads in branch pipes is arranged on cover of oxidation chamber. Gasifier has device for regulating motion of helical heads in burner and device adapted for concentration of high temperature inside fire-resistant shell and arranged in oxidation chamber, helical rib device for imparting centrifugal flow to water steam, said device being arranged on oxidation chamber walls. Open cone device is equipped with intermediate flange descending with its narrow part from oxidation chamber into conversion chamber. Devices for discharging of gasifying agents from annular cavity into conversion chamber are arranged tangentially in equally spaced relation circumferentially on surface of widening lower part of conversion chamber. Gasifier is further provided with device for discharge of base product from crystallization chamber and slag removal chamber, device for accumulating and discharging of ash products and slag from slag removal chamber.

EFFECT: increased efficiency owing to providing sequential gasifying processes in oxidation, conversion, crystallization and slag removal chambers and optimal mode of processing of carbonaceous raw material with heat regeneration.
