FIELD: hydraulic construction.
SUBSTANCE: information system has microprocessor controller, computer whose memory stores flow rate and pressure characteristics of the pump installation and its operation coefficient as well as dependence of the efficiency of the driving electric motor on power consumption, measuring transformers of current and voltage, and pickups for measuring pressure provided by the pump. The outputs of the pickups are connected with the inputs of the microprocessor controller which calculates the values of pressure provided by the pump and power consumed by the electric motor of the pump drive and transmits the data to the computer which calculates volume flow rate, density and, hence, mass flow rate and compares it with the reference values. In case of discrepancy, it controls the supply of the suction-tube dredger until the values are in coincident.
EFFECT: improved accuracy and enhanced reliability of the system.
