FIELD: measurement of volume flow rates of liquids. SUBSTANCE: method consists in measuring the pressure at each section of pipe line under test at inlet and discharge of each pump and active power consumed by electric drive of each pump, pressure at the beginning and at the end of each section after one pump and before other pump, calculating of power on pump shafts and flow rate characteristics of pumps, thus finding flow rates for both pumps. Then heads developed by pumps are found by their working characteristics and densities of liquids are determined; ] pressure differential at pipe line is determined with the aid of pressure gauges and through calculations. Then diagnosis and analysis are conducted according to the data thus obtained. EFFECT: enhanced accuracy and reliability of control. 2 dwg
