METHOD FOR CONTROLLING HARD-DESTRUCTIBLE CEILING UNDER CONDITIONS OF PERMAFROST Russian patent published in 2004 - IPC

FIELD: mining industry.

SUBSTANCE: method includes treatment of resources from limit of extraction column and primary placement of ceiling at distance equal to maximum width of ceiling plate. Method includes also drilling of wells from the surface into prepared excavation column down to mineral resource. First row of wells is placed along border of extraction column, and second row - along lava pit-face at a distance from border of extraction column equal to calculated maximum width of hard-destructible ceiling plate. After extraction of mineral resource from border of extraction column and opening wells of first row pipes are inserted into them having plugged lower ends and apertures at lower portions of pipes. Perforated portions of pipes are placed adjacent to expected places of ceiling rock solids destruction and heat carrier is fed into pipes under pressure to form hollow spaces in the wells. After displacement of lava pit-face and opening wells of second row in them hollow spaces are also formed in similar manner. Primary placement of ceiling is performed after mounting support beams along lava and extracting individual supports from extracted space.

EFFECT: reliable controllability of primary placement of frozen hard-controlled rock solids and excluded losses of mineral resource.
