FIELD: mechanical engineering; internal combustion engines.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to device for delivering fuel-air mixture into internal combustion engine. Proposed device for delivering hot mixture into cylinders of internal combustion engine and discharging exhaust gases includes mixture forming device, system to take in fuel mixture in cylinders provided with throttle valve and system to discharge exhaust gases from cylinders, and cylinder head with intake and exhaust valves. Intake system is made in form of common tube whose outlet hole is registered with hole formed in cylinder head in space between intake valves of second and third cylinders and symmetrical channels smoothly branched to the right and left and communicating with branch pipes of intake valves. Upper parts of heads of intake and exhaust valves are essentially truncated cones, and lower part is made in form of compressed semiellipsoids of rotation. Intake system is furnished with swirling homogenizing device consisting of twisted strips and installed inside intake tube between cylinder head throttle valve. One part of strips is located over and other part, under intake tube, these parts being separated from strips arranged in central part by separating plates. Each part is divided by partitions into four sections, three of which are located along wall on intake tube, and fourth one is arranged between three sections and separating plate.

EFFECT: improved specific power and reduced toxicity of engine exhaust gases.
