FIELD: agriculture, timber, chemical and fuel industries.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to combustion of solid fuel, mainly, finely divided wastes of plant growing and wood working. According to proposed method, finely wastes are loaded to form slope, and combustion is carried out in suspended state and on grille, with delivery of primary and secondary air. Delivery of primary air is sectionalized in grille area. Slope is formed at grille inlet and its area is sectionalized at least in four phases of fuel combustion: drying ignition, combustion of volatile substance and burning out of solid residue. Drying is carried out in lowering layer of slope. Borders of burning phases, following drying, are set having preliminarily calculated values τ1 and Va/ρp for each phase by changing position of plates in primary air ducts so that ratio of areas of corresponding sections of grille should correspond to (τ1Va/ρp)1:(τ2Va/ρp)2:(τ3Va/ρp)3 where indices 1, 2 and 3 relate to phases of ignition, burning of volatile substances and burning out of solid residue; τ,Va are burning time and carry-over velocity of larger particles of fuel in corresponding burning phase; ρp is fuel hand-up in the same phase. Description of device for implementing proposed method is given in invention.
EFFECT: provision of complete combustion of plant waste, improved reliability of operation.
