FIELD: instrument industry.

SUBSTANCE: passive sampler has vessel with openings provided in the faces, changeable members which batch gas inflow to the sampler, and absorber. The vessel receives sorption unit which composed of housing with two same members for uniform distribution of flow to the absorber. Each of the absorbers is made of grid frame made of a sleeve. The absorber is interposed between the housing of the sorption unit and members for uniform distribution of flow. The cells of the frame should be smaller than the grain of the absorber. The batching members are made of detachable plates with openings and mounted just above each member for uniform distribution of the flow from the side of inflow. In so doing, 0.8<h/R≤1, r/R<1, where R is the radius of the grid frame, h is the height of the grid frame, r is the radius of the opening in the plate. The sorption unit should be removable.

EFFECT: enhanced reliability and accuracy.
