SUBSTANCE: method includes sub-code forming means which forms plurality of sub-codes at same or different code speeds for input flow of information bits of physical level packet. Controller determines minimal speed of data transfer, at which number of modulated symbols of sub-code formed according to given method of modulation, is greater or equal to number of modulated symbols, which may be transferred during each time interval. In case that number of modulated symbols of given sub-code is greater than number of modulated symbols, which may be transferred during given time interval, device for cutting symbols cuts a portion of modulated symbols of sub-code, to make number of modulated symbols of given sub-code equal to number of modulated symbols, which may be transferred during given time interval.
EFFECT: higher capacity during data transfer.
