SUBSTANCE: quasi-complementary turbocode generating device (QCTC) contains a turbocoder for generating the sequence of information symbols and a variety of consecutive parity symbols by encoding sequence of information symbols. It also contains a channel interlacer for interlacing separate symbol sequences, generating new sequences of parity symbols using symbol multiplexing from sequences of parity symbols with the same priority levels and consecutive incorporation of the information symbols consequence and new sequences of parity symbols. The device also has a QCTC generator for generating the subcode with defined coding speed by recursive selection of preset number of symbols from the incorporated symbol sequence at the initial position.
