SUBSTANCE: method includes generation of source perforation matrix, from which first sub-code is derived in communications system containing turbo-coder for generating information symbols, first evenness symbols and second evenness symbols for input flow of information bits and sub-code generator using information symbols, first evenness symbols and second evenness symbols with use of perforation matrix, while number of sub-codes equals number of perforation matrices, and information symbols are selected in amount equal to number of columns of source perforation matrix, their information symbols, given out by turbo-coder.
