SUBSTANCE: proposed transducer distinguished by controllable operating frequency in low-frequency oscillation range of piezoids that can be used for radiating and receiving acoustic pulses in comprehensive frequency range has active piezoid in the form of plate with electrodes on each side, one side contacting acoustic conductor and other, piezoelectric load; it also has generator and control device. Piezoelectric load is, essentially, assembly of additional piezoids mechanically interconnected and connected to active piezoid in series. All additional piezoids are polarized in opposition to each other and to active piezoid.

EFFECT: reduced size, facilitated manufacture.
