FIELD: agricultural engineering, in particular, mobile sprinkler units for sprinkling irrigation.

SUBSTANCE: sprinkler unit has frame made in the form of three-dimensional girder constructed from pipes and mounted on vehicle with pumping plant and intake float valve. Flexible sectioned water-supplying pipeline with sprinkler units is mounted on frame. Each section of flexible water-supplying unit has pipe segment and flanges connected with one another by carrier member made in the form of C-shaped bent profile of rolled bar of other shape. Sections of flexible water-supplying pipeline are connected with one another through adapter member and fasteners. Adapter member is arranged in cavities at inlet and outlet ends of adjacent segments of said pipeline. Adapter member is made in the form of ring. Outer and inner surfaces of ring are defined by unequally sized truncated cones having single wide base. Fasteners are made in the form of pins inserted into axially aligned openings in flanges. One of flanges is connected through cables to frame.

EFFECT: reduced weight of sprinkler unit and uniform distribution of rain drop-like precipitation over field surface.
