SUBSTANCE: invention relates, in particular, to the development and manufacturing agents used for treatment of skin diseases. An aqueous medicinal composition comprises bifonazole as an active substance, methylcellulose and polyethylene glycol as a gel-forming agent, phosphoric acid as a buffer agent, nipagine as a preserving agent, castor oil as a solubilizing agent and the composition comprises additionally urea, spermaceti, and mixture of Lanette and Tween-80 as an emulsifier taken in the ratio 5:1 in the following ratio of components in the composition, wt.-%: bifonazole, 0.7-1.5; castor oil, 15-25; methylcellulose, 2.0-3.0; emulsifier Lanette, 3.5-7.0; Tween-80, 0.7-1.4; nipagine, 0.1-0.13; spermaceti, 3.0-4.0; urea, 3.5-4.5; phosphoric acid, 0.04-0.06; purified water, the balance, up to 100. Invention is made as a soft medicinal form - cream and provides the stable non-separating formulation.
