METHOD OF INJECTION PILE BUILDING Russian patent published in 2004 - IPC

FIELD: civil and industrial building, particularly building pile foundations and bases in soft ground and reinforcing old or damaged foundations or foundations to be reconstructed.

SUBSTANCE: method involves creating well without ground excavation, namely by pressing bit into ground; injecting hardening grout through injection pipe having perforations arranged along the full length thereof. Attached to injection pipe end is conical bit including disc and cutting plates. Edge of cutting plates extends beyond disc edge. Disc diameter exceeds injection pipe diameter. Injection pipe with bit is pressed in grout to cut longitudinal grooves in well wall and to form a gap between well wall and injection pipe. Injection pipe is left inside well after finishing injection process.

EFFECT: increased pile ability to manufacture and bearing capability; reduced time for pile building.
