FIELD: rotating flight vehicles.
SUBSTANCE: the casing of the rotating flight vehicle with unfolding tail-plane has on the side surface of the cylindrical tail unit longitudinal slots, tail-plane blades, installed on supporting axles, attachment of each blade of the tail-unit in the initial and operating positions. In the initial position the tail-plane blades are laid perpendicularly relative to the longitudinal axis of the casing, in pairs and opposite each other, the attachment of each blade of the tail-plane is made in the form of a spring-loaded stop installed in a blind hole of the inner wall of the casing tail section.
EFFECT: essentially enhanced flight stability.
