FIELD: oil extractive industry.
SUBSTANCE: method includes injecting inhibitor into researched oil sample, following stepped change of temperature of oil sample, forming and registration of signal of core magnetic resonance for sample with inhibitor and without it at each temperature step, during that stepped change of temperature of sample is performed as by means of lowering as by means of increasing sample temperature within +10-55°C, during that core magnetic resonance curve is built showing dependence of core magnetic resonance signal from forming time, after which energy of activation of molecular movements of hydrocarbons is calculated in given temperature range for oil sample with inhibitor and without it, and effectiveness of inhibitor action is determined from formula: E=(E
