FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: on the 1st d in venous blood one should detect the level of antigen-positive cells (CD95-lymphocytes) due to immunophenotyping as the percentage of fluorescent cells at studying 200 lymphocytes with the deduction of the percentage of fluorescent cells observed in preparation of negative control. At increased value of CD95-lymphocytes up to 9.6 ± 3.65% one should diagnose ischemic insult of light severity degree. At increased value of CD95-lymphocytes up to 16.8 ± 2.7% - ischemic insult in average severity degree. At increased values of CD95-lymphocytes up to 28.1 ± 3.2% - ischemic insult of high severity degree. The method enables to decrease the values of invalidization and lethality due to increased reliability in detecting the severity of ischemic insult and providing the chance to conduct adequate therapy in due time.
EFFECT: higher efficiency of diagnostics.
