FIELD: medicine, pediatrics, immunology. SUBSTANCE: invention is designated for estimation of effectiveness of antibacterial therapy against Chlamydophila pneumoniae in patients with bronchial asthma. Method involves determination of subpopulation composition of lymphocytes in peripheral blood of patients using indirect immunofluorescence. Antibacterial therapy directed for eradication of pathogen is considered to be effective in the content CD4+-lymphocytes less 36.67% and CD95-lymphocytes less 57.95% in 3-4 weeks after termination of treatment. Proposed method provides carrying out the rapid and objective estimation of the immune system state in chlamydiosis infection (C. pneumoniae) associated with bronchial asthma. EFFECT: improved estimation method. 1 tbl, 2 ex
