SUBSTANCE: the present innovation deals with manufacturing oriental confectionary products. Kosinak contains the following components, weight%: syrup 5-15, nut and/or sesame 40-60, dried fruits 20-40, granulated sugar - the rest. As a nut it contains almond and/or peanut and/or keschjue and/or hazelnut and/or pine kernels and/or walnuts. As dried fruits it contains raisin and/or dried apricots and/or prune. As a result, formation of caramel mass is simplified, quantity of defective products is reduced. Ready-to-use kosinak is of lower hardness and greater size that excludes negative aftereffects for teeth at its chewing. Moreover, sugar capacity of the ready-to-use product is increased along its higher energetic and biological value.

EFFECT: prolonged terms of storage.
