FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to food industry, in particular to confectionary industry. Composition for the production of a cereal bar contains honey, a mixture of pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds and sesame seeds, and nuts, characterized by that the ingredients are milled to particle size of 2–10 mm and the composition additionally contains oat flakes and cranberries, with the following ratio of initial components, wt.%: honey: 31.8–36.4; pumpkin, sunflower, sesame seeds: 27.2–41; nuts: 0.9–27.2; oat flakes and cranberries are the rest. According to the second version, the composition for production of a cereal bar contains honey, a mixture of pumpkin, sunflower and sesame seeds and nuts, characterized by that the ingredients are milled to particle size of 2–10 mm and the composition additionally contains dried apricots and coconut chips with the following ratio of initial components, wt.%: honey: 31.8–36.4; pumpkin, sunflower, sesame seeds: 27.2–41; nuts: 0.9–27.2; coconut chips: 9.1; dried apricots are the rest. According to the third version, the composition for production of a cereal bar contains honey, a mixture of pumpkin seeds, sunflower and sesame seeds and nuts, characterized by that the ingredients are milled to particle size of 2–10 mm and the composition additionally contains quinoa and cranberries, with the following ratio of initial components, wt.%: honey: 31.8–36.4; pumpkin, sunflower, sesame seeds: 27.2–41; nuts: 0.9–27.2; quinoa: 3.6; cranberries are the rest.
EFFECT: invention enables to obtain a product for fast satisfying hunger, in particular natural honey-based bars, characterized by high nutritional value, improved consumer properties by obtaining a bar with a uniform structure, which is a homogeneous bar with visually distinguishable ingredients.
