FIELD: medicine, biotechnology.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to agents stimulating reparation of cell damages and can be used in therapy and cosmetology. Agent is prepared by isolation of fraction of low-molecular ribonucleopeptides with molecular mass 3.0-6.5 S (Swedberg's units)from nuclei of mammal cells. Reparative effect of agent is confirmed in biomodels and shown that agent elicits tissue-, organ- and stage-specificity, antiviral activity and changes an average half-time life of cells. Invention allows expanding region of using low-molecular ribonucleopeptides, to enhance biological effects of their effect and to obtain substances functioning in body for a long time without loss of ability to carry out the regulation of cell functions and to correct metabolism in different pathological disorders.
