FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to hepatology, transplantology and can be used to treat hepatic failure. For this, a mononuclear fraction of cells is isolated from the bone marrow of the donor. Then, after their cultivation, a fraction of multipotent mesenchymal stromal cells of the bone marrow (MMSC BM) is extracted from them. After that, the total RNA of MMSK BM is extracted from the obtained fraction and administered to the patient intraperitoneally or to the parenchyma of the liver at a dose of 1–3 mg per day, three times, with an interval of first 1–3 days, and then with an interval of 2–5 days.
EFFECT: invention allows to increase the effectiveness of treatment of hepatic failure and prevent the development of complications associated with the use of biotechnological methods of correction and prevention of hepatic failure with stem/progenitor cells.
