FIELD: medicine; medical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: method involves showing computer competition game to a trainee. The trainee is examined before giving access to the competition game. Physiological optimum parameters determining one's physical and intellectual state are measured and recorded. When playing, physiological parameters of physical and intellectual trainee state are measured and displayed on computer display unit in real-time mode contrasting them to the optimal values so that trainee motivation and/or stimulation interest is invoked for acting in measured physiological optimum parameter values area. The trainee does physical training exercises as the actions to cause spatial movements of locomotor apparatus under dosed loading, and solves intellectual tasks. The physiological parameters under measurement are compared to their optimum values during the competition game. Optimum values zone boundaries being violated, advises are given for reducing or increasing the loading intensity. The advises being ignored, the game is stopped. The physical training exercises are done under dosed loading of leg muscles, shoulder girdle, and/or muscles forming muscular corset. The process of doing physical training exercises is accompanied and stimulated with art, acoustic and musical means. Load is gradually increased in doing physical training exercises and complexity degree is increased in solving intellectual tasks as well. Logical, mathematical and psychological tasks are set as the intellectual tasks shown on computer display unit. Device has PC, medical biological transducer for measuring a physiological parameter of a trainee connected to computer system unit. Computer software unit has a program for supporting competition game and a program for processing, analyzing and recording data received from the transducer and forming advises in process of the competition game and loading power means for dosed loading muscles of legs, shoulder girdle and/or muscles building muscular corset of the vertebral column, at least one additional medical biological transducer for measuring an additional physiological parameter of a trainee connected to the computer system unit, position transducers and transducers of loading power means for muscles of legs, shoulder girdle and/or muscles building muscular corset of the vertebral column connected to the computer system unit and art, acoustic and musical means unit for acting upon the trainee connected to the computer system unit. The computer software unit has programs for setting intellectual tasks and displaying them on computer display unit for processing, analyzing and recording physiological parameter data and giving advises on the basis of measured parameters comparison to their optimum values. The loading power means loading of leg muscles, shoulder girdle, and/or muscles forming muscular corset is manufactured as bicycle training device which driver wheel functions are carried out with computer mouse unit having additional handles and variable loading mass. Working table bearing the mouse unit is rigidly connected to the bicycle training device, its vertical uprights being used as leg support.
EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness in supporting development process and creating artificial weakening power means compensation.
