SUBSTANCE: invention relates to field of health improvement, education and upbringing, namely: interdependent physical and intellectual development, as well as health improvement and rehabilitation of people by graduated physical exercise, accompanied with performing intellectual tasks. Game-competition is produced, before game-competition examination of performer is carried out, optimal values of their physiological parametres, characterising physical and mental state, are measured and registered. During game values of said physiological parametres of performer are continuously measured and reflected on computer display screen in mode of real time relative to their optimal values, motivational and/or stimulating interest is formed in performer for performing actions in mode of optimal values of measured parametres. As activity, performer does physical exercises for giving space movements for its musculoskeletal system with graduated exercise and also does intellectual tasks, and during game-competition values of measured physiological parametres are compared with their optimal values. Artificial environment of game-competition, influencing independently on desire of performer, is formed by closing apparatus and program biological feedback by indices of their HCF - heart contraction frequency, depending on physical development of performer and exercise intensity. Physical exercises and intellectual tasks are carried out with set or corrected graduated loading on muscles of legs, shoulder girdle and/or muscles, forming muscle corset of spine, by detecting deviation of HCF from acceptable values, transformation of detected deviations into form convenient for mathematical processing in system unit of personal computer by programme of deviation processing, transformation of result obtained in form of digital pulse signals and transmission of said result to inlet of equipment of control and regulation, which supports HCF in "health corridor". In case if there is any difficulty in doing intellectual task performer can address "virtual assistant" of computer for help. "Virtual assistant" of computer, if performer asks for help, first gives prompt helping to do intellectual task, and then, if performer still has difficulty in doing said task, gives the correct answer, for which performer, as fine, receives additional time, but longer than for prompt. Method is directed at health improvement and development of physical and intellectual abilities of people by means of individual specially chosen physical exercises and intellectual tasks, influencing definite groups of muscles of musculoskeletal system and parts of brain with exercise intensity which does not depend on performer desire, but only on their hear contraction frequency.
