FIELD: medicine and pedagogy, as well as sportive and playing exercisers used for conjugated mutually dependent development of child's physical and intellectual abilities on motivational and health improving bases.

SUBSTANCE: apparatus has arcuate frame with two supporting members, pipe, seat, shaft with lever put thereon and provided with hands and feet stop, additional foot support, power member placed within pipe and connected to cable, and stretching unit connected to cable and power member by means of three pulleys. Two handles are additionally introduced into apparatus, said handles being designed for left hand and right hand, respectively. There is output leading from left-hand button of computer optical mouse to two buttons connected in series, one of said two buttons being positioned within hand stop and other button being positioned within one of additional handles. Amplifier-former designed for pulse frequency measurement is electrically connected through input to pulse frequency sensor and through output to USB - port of base unit of personal computer, and AD converter is electrically connected with its input to lever motion and power force measuring sensor and with its output to single bus of base unit which is positioned in lower part of support for personal computer. Personal computer display is positioned on adjustable-height top of said support. Lever motion and power force measuring sensor, pulse frequency sensor and amplifier-former for pulse frequency measurement are connected to power source.

EFFECT: motivation-based development of child's physical and intellectual abilities.
