BOTTLE, STRAW, HOLDER FOR STRAW AND BOTTLE CAP Russian patent published in 2004 - IPC

FIELD: bottles or similar containers with necks or like restricted apertures, designed for pouring contents.

SUBSTANCE: bottle includes straw to drink beverage contained in bottle. Straw is arranged inside bottle and has corrugated section formed in upper straw part. Straw is connected to holder cooperating with inner bottle surface. Bottle has extensions or depressions formed in upper part thereof to secure holder rods when holder is located in bottle. Holder has resilient rods extending from its center at an angle to straw. Rod ends rest upon bottle surface (against extensions or depressions). Straw is inserted in holder center. Corrugated straw section has increased dimension and may be enlarged. Upper part of corrugated section has increased creases which provides straw bending after enlarging thereof. Bottle cap has increased height and comprises cavity for upper straw part arrangement. Formed on inner cap surface is extension pressing against bottle top to prevent beverage leakage from under the cap.

EFFECT: increased convenience and safety of drink consumption, ability of straw removal from bottle and repeatedly inserting thereof into bottle.
