SUBSTANCE: invention relates to food industry. Beverage preparation device comprises a body made on one side with a neck attachment assembly open and filled with drinking liquid PET bottles, with a cavity inside to accommodate a sealed capsule filled with a product to be dissolved with the said drinking liquid, and having a capsule cover piercing assembly on the other side, comprising a piercing needle and configured to move the needles towards the capsule cover for mixing the drinking liquid and the product. Housing is made in wall with receiving opening for installation into capsule seat, oriented cover in direction from attachment assembly of PET bottle neck, unit for attachment of PET bottleneck is located under bottom wall of socket for capsule and tube for communicating this bottle with atmosphere is installed, on external wall of housing there are radial directed recesses located at two levels along height of barrel. Capsule cover piercing assembly is made in the form of a cup body enveloping from above, carrying the attachment elements on the bottom side, located above the capsule seat on the side of its lid and in which the first piercing needle connected to the ready beverage outlet channel is fixed, and a second piercing needle connected to the tube, the end of which is to be placed in the bottle PET neck. On the opposite side of the side on the walls of the shell there are radial ledges made with possibility of elastic insertion into radial directed recesses at the first level corresponding to the position of the sleeve relative to the housing, wherein the capsule is inserted into the socket, and at the second level when the bottom of the cup is pressed and piercing needles are inserted through the capsule cover into the cavity with the product.
