FIELD: materials handling facilities.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to loading and unloading of materials with prevention of dust spreading in process of vehicle loading. Proposed device contains hopper with discharge branch pipe fitted in tubular chute installed for vertical reciprocation. Device is provided additionally with chamber coaxially and rigidly secured on tubular chute. Chamber is provided with through branch pipes arranged around tubular chute and connected with positive pole of high-voltage source. Rods located inside branch pipes are connected with negative pole of high-voltage source. Said rods are made shorter than branch pipes. Bulk charge area is formed owing to corona discharge on end face of rod which forms electric wind acting in axial direction. Particles of loose material get charged and forced inside vehicle without settling on members of loading device.
EFFECT: provision of dust-free loading, reduced energy consumption, overall dimensions and metal usage of construction.
