SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method for preparing nutrient media providing optimal conditions for vital activity of brucellosis microorganism. Liquid nutrient medium for culturing brucellosis microorganism comprises beef meet hydrolyzate as a nutrient base, lipoic acid as a stimulating supplement and also sodium chloride, glucose, sodium citrate, glycerol and distilled water. Invention provides enhancing the growth properties of nutrient medium.
