Dense nutrient medium for the cultivation of Brucella neotomae species contains hepatic decoction, enzymatic dry peptone, cow fruit blood serum, sodium chloride, glucose, glycerin, sodium metabisulfite, microbiological agar and drinking water at a given ratio of components.
EFFECT: invention provides for the formation of brucella colonies in the early stages (24±1 h), which makes it possible to optimize the duration of the process of diagnosing brucellosis.
