SUBSTANCE: nutrient medium comprises the dense and liquid phases. The dense phase comprises infusion broth, dry enzyme peptone, liver infusion, sodium chloride, microbiological agar in a predetermined ratio of components. The liquid phase comprises beef hydrolyzate, sodium chloride, glycerine, glucose, sodium citrate, lipoic acid, sodium metabisulphite, and distilled water in a predetermined ratio of components.
EFFECT: invention enables to reduce the time of growing brucellar microbe.
