FIELD: building, particularly building long tunnels under seabed.
SUBSTANCE: method involves placing at least two vertical shafts on seabed spaced predetermined distance one from another; deepening them into seabed; reinforcing shaft part extending above seabed surface; drilling vertical tunnel part under seabed up to a given point; drilling horizontal tunnel part in a given directions; removing cut ground from tunnel. Vertical shafts arranged on seabed are assembled by successive placing mounting rings one on another by air bladder. Pressure value of air bladder is set to provide predetermined negative floatation of mounting rings deepened in water. Vertical shaft is reinforced by constricting pile frame, by placing concrete blocks and ground around vertical shaft and by filling area around shaft with ground removed from vertical and horizontal tunnel parts during drilling thereof. Piles of pile frame are deepened in seabed and fixedly connected one to another and to vertical shaft. When Protodyakonov ground hardness is less or equal to 4 units vertical and horizontal shaft parts are drilled with the use of hydraulic monitor. Drilling shaft in more hard ground is carried out by hydraulic outburst, cut out ground is separated into fractions, crushed, mixed with water to obtain pulp. Pulp is then pumped under increased pressure in pump pipe and removed from tunnel along with pulp distribution around vertical shaft and frame to form artificial island.
EFFECT: simplified building process, reduced building cost, increased operational safety and reduced building time.
