FIELD: oil extractive industry.

SUBSTANCE: device has base connected to tubing pipes by sleeve, on outer side of which upper and lower heads with conical working surfaces are placed with possible axial displacement, between which screw-thread dies with profiled surface are placed with possible radial displacement. Pipe holder is provided with body with plate springs mounted on it, base and upper head are connected by trapezoid thread, screw-thread dies are made in form of plates with conical surfaces matching heads, and are placed in grooves made in body and are supported by conical surfaces of upper and lower heads. In lower portion a branch pipe is screwed onto base having groove and shelf, which supports shear pins placed on fixing ring.

EFFECT: lower wear of well equipment.
