FIELD: mining industry.

SUBSTANCE: device has disc element, having outer, wedge-shaped in cross-section, cutting edge and axial aperture and which is mounted at cantilever and detachably mounted in rolling cutter holder pin with possible rotation around it and in axial direction is fixed on it with use of combined radial-stop bearing. Said pin on the side of its holder has shape of truncated cone, rolling cutter holder has conical aperture mated with said cone shape, pin is connected to rolling cutter holder by fixing screw, side surface of pin performs function of inner support surface of combined radial-stop bearing. Wall of axial aperture in disc element performed function of outer support surface of this combined radial-stop bearing. Disc element is made whole and has blind aperture, in form of radial bearing a needle ball bearing is provided, roller bearing with cylindrical rollers or slide bearing, and as thrust bearing at least one more ball bearing is provided, inner cylindrical rolling or sliding road of radial bearing is formed on pin, and outer rolling or sliding road of this radial bearing is formed on blind aperture of disc element. Each rolling or sliding road of radial bearing is provided with rolling road for a set of ball bearing balls. Diameter of said balls is greater than diameter of needle rollers or cylindrical rollers, respectively during manufacture of radial bearing in form of slide bearing is greater than thickness of bushing insert, and mutually directed to each other ring end sides of disc element and holder of rolling cutter are made in form of compaction. In one of side surfaces forming wedge-shaped in cross-section portion of disc element, a closable aperture is made passing to rolling road for inserting balls inside disc element.

EFFECT: higher hardness, reliability and productiveness, simplified construction, lower costs.
