FIELD: cooling equipment.
SUBSTANCE: method involves setting air temperature downstream cooling turbine and initial pressure downstream pressure regulator included in circuit; measuring pressure of air withdrawn from engine compressor, temperature and pressure at turbine inlet, temperature and pressure downstream turbine and turbine rotor speed; estimating rate of pressure reduction in turbine, current value of reduced rotor speed and optimal value of reduced rotor speed corresponding to maximal turbine efficiency. If current value of reduced rotor speed is less or more than optimal reduced rotor speed turbine braking torque is reduced or increased correspondingly. When it is impossible to reach equality between current and optimal reduced rotor speed values by exerting action upon braking means new value of pressure downstream pressure regulator is set, wherein this value is less than initial one. Then said parameters are repeatedly measured and estimated at new pressure value and above processes are performed up to obtaining equality between current and optimal reduced rotor speed values and between given and measured values of air temperature downstream turbine.
EFFECT: increased efficiency of cold obtaining.
