Abstract RU 2239276 C2

FIELD: single-channel asynchronous digital pulse-phase control systems.

SUBSTANCE: proposed method is meant for use in three-phase-to-three-phase direct thyristor frequency converters built around three reversible thyristor rectifiers with neutral brought out for governing speed of induction motors in centrifugal handling machinery. Pulse-phase control system routines are serviced by microprocessor for simultaneous control of three independent thyristor rectifiers to implement direct frequency converter with aid of one single-chip eight-bit microcontroller. Control system has two parts and uses hardware of simple design. One timer is used for controlling control pulse generation for all three thyristors incorporated in three rectifiers and for automatic correction of supply frequency variations. Operating algorithm of control system is simplified.

EFFECT: reduced microprocessor operating time for controlling three rectifiers; enhanced speed of other system components.
