FIELD: microarc oxidizing of valve metals and their alloys and in deposition of coatings from metals and their alloys. SUBSTANCE: device has display, power unit, input terminals of power supply voltage, circuit synchronization unit, timer, unit of amplifiers-shapers whose first output is connected to the second input of power unit, A/D converter unit, transducers unit, microcontroller connected with A/D converter unit and timer, additionally introduced control panel, input-output unit, starting unit and multiplexor. Microcontroller includes processor, fixed memory and nonvolatile on-line memory which are connected by common bus with timer, display, control panel, input-output unit, A/D converter unit and unit of amplifiers-shapers. The first inputs of power unit are connected with input terminals of power supply voltage via starting unit. Control input of starting unit is connected with the second output of amplifiers-shapers unit. Outputs of synchronization unit and timer are connected to the first and second inputs of processor interrupter. Outputs of transducers unit are connected with analog input of A/D converter unit via multiplexor whose control input is connected to microcontroller through common bus. Unit of standard voltages may be connected to respective inputs of multiplexor.
