FIELD: power supply to electronic systems. SUBSTANCE: method involves conversion of nonelectric energy to electricity with electric charge generated at high electric potential, reduction of charge potential while their quantity is increased, and accumulation of charges obtained for feeding electronic system. Device implementing proposed method has electric charge generator that functions to convert nonelectric energy into electricity, electric charge storage whose output functions as device output, electric charge energy converter whose input is connected to generator output and output, to storage input. Charge energy converter is made for increasing number of charges arriving at its input and for decreasing charge potential at its output. Electric charge generator may use piezoelectric or triboelectric effect and radioactive decay effect associated with radiation of charged particles.
