METHOD FOR TREATING LOCAL LARYNGEAL CANCER Russian patent published in 2003 - IPC

FIELD: medicine, oncology. SUBSTANCE: it is suggested to sample bone marrow suspension out of patient's posterior iliac crest per 200 ml on the 1st and 8th d of therapy, then comes cisplatin at 50 mg/sq. m to be incubated with 100 ml bone marrow suspension at 37 C for 30 min and at the background of standard hyperhydration it is necessary to intravenously inject the mixture obtained during the 1st d; metotrexate at the quantity of 25 mg/sq. m should be incubated with 50 ml bone marrow suspension at 37 C for 30 min, and bleomycin at 25 mg/sq. m should be incubated with 50 ml bone marrow suspension under the same conditions. Moreover, one should inject the first and the second mixtures during the 2nd d intravenously; on the 8th d it is necessary to introduce intravenously the mixture being analogous to already injected one during the 1st d, and on the 9th d - analogous to that introduced during the 2nd d. The present innovation enables to decrease toxicity of introduced preparations and maintain patient's immune status. EFFECT: higher efficiency of therapy. 2 tbl
