FIELD: wet purification of gases from impurities in different industries.

SUBSTANCE: the invention presents a device, that is dealt with the field of wet purification of gases from fine- dispersed solid particles and harmful gaseous impurities and may be used in different industries. A problem of the offered invention is an increase of productivity and quality of purification of gases from solid and gaseous harmful impurities. The device for wet purification of gases consists of an inlet branch-pipe (1) of the body, the upper part of which is made in the form of a spiral snail (2) linked by a transitional conical contraction (3) with a cylindrical part (4) and its lower part (5)made in the form of a truncated cone with a slime discharge hole (6), the hearth, under which there is a slime collector (7) with a branch-pipe (8). In the spiral snail (2) there are three sprinklers made in the form of pairs of nozzles installed at an angle of 25°- 90° to each other in parallel to the axis of a direct section of the snail (2)and even and odd nozzles are installed on pipelines (14) and (15). Two sprinkles are located on the opposite lateral sides in the beginning of the direct section of the snail (2), and the third sprinkler -on the outer lateral side at the end of the direct section of the snail. The technical result provides, that the offered device allows to perform a fine purification of gases from fine-dispersed solid particles of the dust and harmful gaseous impurities with prevention of drops drag-out with efficiency of 99 %.

EFFECT: the invention allows to perform a fine purification of gases from a dust and the harmful gaseous impurities preventing drops drag-out by 99%.
